About Gleemium

Welcome to Gleemium — a small Australian business built around one idea: that the things you live with every day should be made by someone, not stamped out by something. We have been registered in Australia since 2022 (ABN 28 237 434 635) and work from Seville Grove in Perth, Western Australia.

Today our range runs to close to 600 pieces across more than 60 collections, spanning home decor, kitchen & dining, storage & organisation, eco-friendly bags and bath accessories — every price in Australian dollars, with free delivery anywhere in the country.

Our Story

Gleemium began because handmade homewares in Australia usually came with a catch. The genuinely beautiful pieces sat in boutiques at prices most households could not justify, and everything affordable was mass-produced, identical and slightly soulless.

So we went the other way: buy directly from the artisan workshops, skip the middle layers, and pass the difference on. That is why a hand-cut acacia chopping board or a handwoven cotton cushion cover from us costs what it does. No showroom markup, no importer's cut — just the piece, the maker and you.

Made by Hand, from Natural Materials

Read the material line on almost any Gleemium product and you will find the same words: hand carved, hand cut, hand turned, handwoven. Our makers work in solid acacia and mango wood, cotton and wool, bamboo, marble, hand-blown glass and brushed aluminium.

Natural materials behave like natural materials. Grain runs differently through every board, a handwoven weave is never machine-identical, and marble carries its own veining. Those variations are not flaws — they are the reason the piece looks like yours and not like everyone else's. Each product page lists its materials and care instructions so you know exactly what you are bringing home.
