Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately at info@gleemium.com if you wish to cancel.

If you receive the wrong product, contact our support team at info@gleemium.com  within 2 days. We will arrange for a return and replacement at no extra cost. *We take pictures of every product before delivery with shipping details. Please check properly before any claim.

Yes, if your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, we offer free exchanges. Contact us with photos of the damage within 14 days.

To initiate a return, please email info@gleemium.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Currently, we do not offer extended warranties. However, if you encounter any issues with your product within 30 days, we will be happy to assist with a return or exchange.
