Delivery is free on every order to any Australian address, with no minimum spend. Every price on the site is in Australian dollars, so there is no currency conversion or surprise charge at checkout.

We pack and dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed over a weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next business day. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Allow 3 to 5 business days in transit once your order has been dispatched, so most parcels arrive within about a week of ordering. Regional and remote addresses can take a little longer. Full detail is on our shipping policy page.

We ship anywhere in Australia, metro and regional alike, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart and Darwin. We do not currently ship outside Australia.

Yes. A tracking link is emailed to you when your order is dispatched. If you have not received it within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then get in touch and we will resend it.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is at your cost unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we cover it. The full terms are on our store policies page.

Email support@gleemium.com within 14 days with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, and we cover the return postage. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to this and are not limited by it.

Almost everything we sell is made by hand from natural materials, so grain, weave and tone vary from piece to piece. Two boards cut from the same timber will not look identical, and a handwoven cushion cover is never machine-identical. That variation is normal and is not a fault.

Keep timber out of the dishwasher and never leave it standing in water. Hand wash, dry it straight away, and rub in food-grade mineral oil whenever the grain starts to look dry. Keep natural fibre and dyed cotton out of prolonged direct sun so the colour holds. Every product page lists the materials and care instructions for that specific piece.
