Cushions & Throws

Cushions and throws are the fastest way to change a room, and the easiest thing to change again when you get bored. Our covers are handwoven and hand-embroidered in cotton, wool and jute, in the neutral and earth tones that suit most Australian living rooms.

Two practical notes. Cushion covers are sold without inserts, so buy an insert two centimetres larger than the cover for a full look rather than a saggy one. And most covers here are cold machine wash on a gentle cycle, dried flat out of direct sun so the natural dyes hold.

Build the layer

Mix sizes from cushion covers, decorative cushions and throw pillows, then finish with a throw. Ground the whole grouping with a rug.
