Cleaning supplies made from coconut fibre, sisal and untreated timber, so the scrubber that wears out after six months goes in the compost rather than the bin. Practical rather than precious, and effective on pans that a soft sponge just smears.

Natural fibre brushes last longest if they are shaken out and stood upright to dry rather than left sitting in a wet sink caddy. Coconut coir is stiff enough for cast iron and baked-on trays but will not scratch stainless steel, which makes it a reasonable single replacement for two or three plastic tools.
